  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.


Replacements

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement orders will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
