Refund policy

All products sold on Dropskies are digital downloads (ebooks and spreadsheet tools) delivered instantly after payment. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, including for change of mind.

When we will help

We will fix the problem, or refund you in full if we cannot fix it, in these cases:

• Your payment went through but you did not receive your download link
• The file is corrupted or will not open
• You were charged twice for the same order

Contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
